I'm Milad and i live in Iran. i need a evacuation software such as : DYNEV , MASSVAC 4.0 , NETVAC , OREMS ,...
and i can't find one of these software here in my country. so please some body help me.

From what I know, you are talking about transportation modelling tools. I do not know if the ones you mentioned are available for free.

Try to contact them in order to check if their models are available.
