I need help to retrieve papers in above mentioned (ICEM '11).. Where can I get the information coz I need to find related papers.

To my knowledge the proceedings of the International Conference on Evacuation Modelling and Management are published in Procedia Engineering by Elsevier. In any case, ICEM11 has been cancelled and moved to this year, i.e. it is now ICEM12.
